Recommended as a penetrating primer or sealer for new dry interior and exterior porous
surfaces such as gypsum plaster, brick, concrete, cement, “Masonite” hardboard
(interior only) and various other types of composite boarding. Normally used when top
coated with filler coats and Eggshell or Gloss Enamel paints.
· Suitable as a bonding liquid for penetrating and binding unsound previously painted
substrate.
