RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

This policy is provided in accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008.
1. General Returns
Customers may return eligible products within 7 days of receiving their order, provided the products are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
Unless otherwise required by law, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
If a product is defective, damaged, or does not function as intended, customers may return the product in accordance with their rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
Where a valid defect exists, the customer may choose a repair, replacement, or refund.
3. Incorrect Products
If we supply the wrong product, customers should notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.
We will arrange collection of the incorrect product and either provide the correct product or issue a full refund.
4. Non-Returnable Products
The following items cannot be returned unless defective:
• Custom-made or personalised products
• Products made to customer specifications
• Digital products that have already been downloaded or accessed
• Perishable goods
• Health and hygiene products where seals have been broken
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Refunds will generally be made using the original payment method.
6. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return.
Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
7. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defective product, an incorrect product supplied by us, or damage during delivery, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
For all other returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
8. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights afforded to consumers under the South African Consumer Protection Act.

We deliver throughout South Africa. Delivery availability may vary depending on your location and the courier services available in your area.
2. Processing Times
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
• Major Cities: 2 to 5 business days
• Regional Areas: 3 to 7 business days
• Remote Areas: 5 to 10 business days
These timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.
From time to time, we may offer free delivery promotions, subject to specific terms and conditions.
5. Order Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
6. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.
7. Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed because the customer provided incorrect information, was unavailable to receive the parcel, or failed to arrange collection when required, additional delivery charges may apply.
8. Risk and Ownership
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
Ownership of goods remains with the seller until full payment has been received.
9. Delivery Delays
While every effort is made to meet estimated delivery dates, delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
We are not liable for losses arising from delivery delays caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
