The Tip-offs Anonymous service is managed in partnership with the professional services firm Deloitte. This ensures complete confidentiality, no one will know who reported the incident unless the reporter chooses to disclose their identity.
How does it work?
- Anyone can contact Tip-offs Anonymous using a dedicated FreeCall 0800 number specific to their country or via email.
- Calls are handled by trained operators from Deloitte.
- Operators conduct structured interviews to gather detailed and accurate information.
- The information is analysed and forwarded to designated senior officials and the Group Risk Department for further investigation and action.
- While you may choose to share your identity, reports are submitted anonymously and will not reveal your identity or personal details unless you consent.
What can be reported?
The tip-off line does not replace normal internal grievance procedures, nor is it intended for naming, shaming, or blaming.
