On 7 December 2022, the second HELPING HEARTS Celebration was held at P&L Hardware Musina during the REFURBISHMENT RELAUNCH of the store. With the recent success of our first celebration in Siyabuswa, the whole team was excited to build momentum on this great initiative.
Following company procedures, five winning schools were selected and invited to the oficial relaunch of P&L Musina. Cutting of the plank by the overall winner of the coloring competition assisted by the Divisional Director is a special moment which will always be a highlight of our future celebrations. The joyous singing and dancing from the little children as well as teachers who enjoy participating with their little stars will always be fondly remembered.
Each of the five winning Creches received a R5000 instore account to spend on building materials to use on improving their respective schools. They also received new co-branded school signboards, T-shirts, pens, certificates and trophies as well as fun party packs, food and drinks to celebrate the occasion. P&L Hardware eagerly anticipates all future Helping Hearts Celebrations that will take place during new store openings, relocations and refurbished stores. We trust that these events will help build the communities we trade in and that together we can build a better life.
