No, you are responsible for the handling and placing of any concrete discharged from the delivery vehicle or pump. AfriSam is a producer and supplier of readymix products only. You would need to provide your own labour to offload, place and float off the concrete in its final position. You are only allowed an hour to offload a full truck load of readymix, so will have to provide adequate labour to offload within the 60 minutes allocated time.

We require a minimum of 24 hours for normal orders, and a week if you require an AfriSam pump. You will need to contact the AfriSam contact centre directly on the following contact number “0116705777” should you wish to cancel or amend your order.

The delivery fee will be included in your price enquiry.

We have 6m³ trucks and 8m³ trucks. You can order in one cube increments which will be delivered in a truck that has the capacity to carry either 6 cubes or 8 cubes.

Any load under 5m³ will be charged a part load charge.

Is the last pour of an order, which is separate from the initial order. It is less than 5m³ of readymix concrete in order to complete your project. It needs to be ordered on the same day that the delivery of your initial order takes place.

All concrete delivered will be measured by our driver via an electronic volumetric measuring device that automatically measures the cubic meterage when offloaded.

Yes, a small fee is charged to cover the time required to review your plans and prepare a Bill of Materials.

2. Our team reviews your plans and may contact you for additional details. Within 2–3 working days, you will receive the fee required for the Plan Review service.
3. As a go-ahead, pay the Plan Review fee, which covers the time and expertise required to create your Bill of Materials.
4. Once payment is received, the Plan Reading Team completes your Plan Reading within up to 10 working days, depending on plan complexity.
5. You receive an email with your completed Bill of Materials.

No. Labour is not included. Roofing is quoted and charged separately as a supply-and-fit service.

We take care when calculating, but actual usage may differ depending on site conditions. Cashbuild is not liable for any shortfall or surplus of materials.

The customer must check and confirm all quantities before placing an order.

All calculations are based on the plans you submit. The accuracy of your estimate depends on the quality and detail of those plans. It is best to provide clear legible plans.

If non-standard items are requested, the nearest available alternative will be priced.

Filling sand under floor slabs is calculated at a thickness of 150 mm. Where plinth wall heights are not provided, an average height will be applied. Customers must confirm actual site levels before placing an order. It is also the customer’s responsibility to check whether suitable on-site aggregates can be used for under-floor filling.

Unless specifically requested, the following are excluded:

• Delivery charges and handling fees (Kindly note that instances may occur where deliveries fall outside of Cashbuild’s delivery capability).
• Bulk excavation, steel structures, and builder’s overheads/profit.
• Conduit pipes for alarms or entertainment systems.
• Custom windows, doors, and non-standard items (a price can be provided if a local supplier manufactures these).
• Balustrades, palisade fencing, and driveways (a price can be provided for bevel pavers if stocked by the store).
• Floor finishes such as carpets, laminate, or wood.
• Joinery, skylights, landscaping, and metalworks.
• Electrical wiring is calculated by the electrician. We calculate all the fittings.
• Plumbing pipework is calculated by the plumber. We calculate all the fittings.

Your estimate is valid for 14 days from the date of issue.

Once Plan Reading Payment has been received, it can take up to 10 working days to generate your Plan Reading BoM.
