- Rebates will be awarded based on purchases as per agreed rebate structure.
- Each store manager will telephonically confirm the customer's VIC status and progressive targets on a monthly basis.
- Customers will be presented with a rebate letter within three (3) months after completion of the six-month qualifying period.
Objectives
- To develop a fellowship among P&L Hardware’s largest customers at national, regional and store level.
- To increase loyalty of customers and in return increase P&L Hardware’s purchasing power.
- To create a structured communication tool for use between VIC customers and P&L Hardware’s Management.
- To develop an accurate database that can be used for marketing initiatives.
- To reward customers for their loyalty.
- To establish P&L Hardware as the building material’s retailer.
Rebate Structure
Purchases over a 6 month period.
- From R60 000 to R119 999 – 1.5% rebate
- From R120 000 to R239 999 – 2.0% rebate
- From R240 000 to R419 999 – 2.5% rebate
- From R420 000 above - 3% rebate
- Although cement purchases will count towards the overall qualifying criteria, only a 0.5% rebate will apply to the actual value of the cement purchase.
- All other purchases will qualify for the relevant rebate value.
Application Process
Complete the application form and apply in store.
By completing the application form and providing the required documentation we will be able to assess your application to become a P&L Hardware VIC.
Evaluate Criteria and receive approval as VIC.
To qualify as a P&L Hardware VIC, you need to spend a minimum of R60 000 over a six month cycle.
