- Each store manager will telephonically confirm customer’s VIC status and progressive targets on a monthly basis.
- Customers will be presented with a rebate letter within three (3) months after completion of the six-month qualifying period.

Rebate Structure
Qualifying Criteria:
- Spend of R 20 000 per month, which equates to a total of R120 000 for a 6-month period – qualifies for VIC pricing
- Spend of R 40 000 per month, which equates to a total of R240 000 for a 6-month period – qualifies for VIC pricing
- Spend of R 65 000 per month, which equates to a total of R390 000 for a 6-month period – qualifies for VIC pricing
- Spend of R 125 000 per month, which equates to a total of R750 000 for a 6-month period – qualifies for VIC pricing
Rebate Value
- R 120 000 = 1.5% of turnover incl. VAT
- R 240 000 = 2% of turnover incl. VAT
- R 390 000 = 2.5% of turnover incl. VAT
- R 750 000 = 3% of turnover incl. Vat
Although cement purchases will count towards the overall qualifying criteria, only a 0.5% rebate will apply to the actual value of the cement purchase.
All other purchases will qualify for the relevant rebate value
